Any ways to improve framerate?

On 1920x1080 low i was getting 30-40 fps, but it kept lag spiking every time i turn or scope in, which is annoying as hell.

but i find when i play on 1280x720 windowed, i get smooth 60+ fps.

The screen may be smaller, but atleast its somewhat playable. n.n

yes i believe they are selling a new patch for 40$ that lets you play without lag

sign me up, ill pay double.
