1. Turn settings to mid or low (Which one doesnt really make a difference, had even more FPS in medium settings, and it looks neater ofc)
2. Turn on Vsync
3. Turn off motion blur
4. Make audio stereo, and go from hifi to headphones
5. Open console and type:
RenderDevice.ForceRenderAheadLimit 1
RenderDevice.TripleBufferingEnable 1
GameTime.MaxVariableFPS 55
6. Turn off weapon DOF
7. NETWORK SMOOTHING FACTOR to 100 <- this really made difference for me, dunno why, im on a 100/10 LAN connection.
This fixed it for me, I run 30-40 FPS now without stuttering on an old AMD 4x 465 BE, 8GB ram, Radeon 6850 BE-setup.
Before I had 5-25 FPS with alot of stuttering, totally unplayable.
I also run dual monitor setup with loads of stuff on the other screen, so this should increase FPS even more for those ppl with just one monitor.
