I found it for 20 Euros, I only got close quarters.
But Idk if I should buy it since BF4 is coming out soon( wont buy it ) but im afraid that not much people will keep playing bf3

all dlcs are worth playing
and theres still a lot of people playing bf3 will continue to play even when bf4 comes out

Do you have money to spend and you want to spend it? Then yes, buy it. It is a great game for PC. If you bought BF3 then you would be ready for BF4 and wouldn't be a complete noob.
