Like after a tdm with 500 tickets it didn't give me the mvp ribbon, nor did it give me the tdm winner ribbon, it didn't even give me a regular tdm ribbon. :/

Sometimes it just says Ribbons (15) or something like that. The number can always change depending on how many ribbons you actually get. So you may have gotten it just it did not scroll through them all since their where so many.
