The new patch of battlefield 3 has seemed to make the whole game really! laggy!. Anyone else been getting this?

Works fine for me. Nvidia GPUs did get an update a few days ago, though

Ya I think it might be just my internet. For some reasone lately it's been acting really slow;like 8mb.
Might go ask my friends dad who works for my isp to try and help me out.
