Lol holy shit I turned on vsync for campaign earlier

constant 60fps with everything maxed, omg it looks so gg.

@ saint, I could beat you on a dell inspirion if it could run the game lol.

So by your logic, if we have a shitty pc with graphics lag, cpu maxed out usage, smallest resolution screen with no real field of view

= able to play the game better than someone that is staring into a 27" beast that can see you and not think you are an ant but a fullsized action figure lol.

Scope glares turn from tiny little white specs to gigantic targets

People running halfway across the map turn from just a spotted arrow to actual visible targets making it easier to snipe them with a tank.

I played BF2 on one of the shittiest prebuilt pcs you could own, raped on it for 3 years lol. Upgraded to where I could max the settings out and got a bigger monitor and it was game over for everyone.

But I guess living in a cardboard box = better air conditioning than living in a 30 bedroom 20 bath 2 bowling alley 2 theater mansion that takes 2 days just to cool off or heat up.

Well you have "enthusiasts" who just want to run games really really good, but tend to be horrible.
If you have fun though what does it matter? I think people forgot that gaming is suppose to be fun.

http://bf3blog.com/2011/10/battlefield-3-on-steam-according-to-new-evidence/

We’ve heard a few times before that Battlefield 3 might make its way to the popular game service Steam, with EA and Valve reportedly in negotiations over the past month. Now new evidence has emerged that might give us some hope in seeing Battlefield 3 on Steam after all.

The new evidence comes from the latest Punkbuster update, which includes a new install directory at “C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\battlefield 3\“, in addition to the Origin install directory. This is by no means a conclusive piece of evidence, but it does bring some hope in seeing Battlefield 3 on Steam in the near future.

EA has released Battlefield 3 on dozens of digital distribution services, with the exception of Steam, which places restrictions on publishers regarding downloadable content and expansion packs — the main reason EA decided against offering Battlefield 3 on Steam.
