Well to start things off LLD101 > LLDPk
Then to get into it the video has the BBars of an SD Video and there is a Water Mark at the top.
Also judging by the video quality either you weren't playing in game with high settings or you upscale the video from a lower quality like 480/720.
Music isn't bad, but a rule of thumb is you don't want words/ambient voices in it.
The transition effects are all over the place; stick with one theme (like star wipes) and one gray scale color if you want to border it.
The length of the video is too long for this sort of thing and you shouldn't feel the need to put all the clips into one big ol' montage just to make it look better. A 2-3 minute video that you take some time on with the best clips will always be better than a 10 minute cram fest.
Gameplay wasn't bad since you stuck the the theme of T.V. Missiles, but like I said before pick the best ones out of it and shorten it up with some good editing.
Few tips: Don't over edit. Stick to themes. Match the gameplay to music. Keep it short and simple. Don't make it like this video.

great feedback bro

what do u mean with "bbars of an sd video" ?

of those recorders i tried i found bandicam the best, even tho they got the mark, what do u use ?
idk, settings might have been on medium or low cause i had some trouble with my internet some time ago, most of these recordings are months old, i know that the recordings comes out as 1080p before i edit them
i did not know that rule but it makes sense, ill try use ingame sound and then some background music
the animations is a bit too much now that i watched the movie a few times. when i finally came to that point and found out how to make them after many hours of figuring vegas i just used them on all crosses, started rendering and went too sleep, i was pretty sure it would look better than normal black fade out/in but guess not

pretty stupid to rush on it and the overall quality is low, but wth i learned alot about vegas and montage making wich was my plan
one more question. when u say stick to themes, do u mean like tv / tank / ground or do u mean transition effects?
so informative feedback. respect
