Win/Loss means nothing when 1/2 your team goes 5/15 in TDM and doesn't even know how to cap a flag in Conquest.

flying MAV above people, mark enemies constantly, tell them in chat where all the enemies are and to watch their minimap.

watch the teammates keep walking forward to get shot up by 3 people
