I really don't think a delay would work.. just because sometimes it's hard to revive someone and people dunno that you can hold the paddles down and you don't have to keep trying to revive by pressing the button over and over again.

Yea, but every time you try to throw a med or ammo pack, it always works... sometimes when you try to res. someone it doesn't work and then you'll have a long cool down time.
