Does anyone else have problems connecting to Xbox Parties from other 360 users?

I fail to connect like half the time, quite annoying.

Lately it started kicking me out of the party after about 30 seconds for absolutely no reason, and keeps doing it every time I try to rejoin.

I only partially camped in the building across from where I knifed because of those guys driving around in that car. I had c4 laid out on the road and got a good 6 kills from them alone :3
