k now back to topic SO ILL BUY THE GEFORCE GTX 570, AND A 700 WATT THERMALTAKE LIGHTPOWER PSU SOUND GOOD?

For the graphics card your good, for the PSU, I recommend the Corsair 800 WATT Gaming Version. I have this version and its enough for a 3.5GHZ CPU and my GTX 560. 700 WATT will be a little low for the GTX 570 + everything else.

I'm using a 570 thats overclocked with a 4.5ghz o/c cpu on a 750w psu
Could probably still Sli & be fine.
