The best pilots on pc use mouse/kb
For jets set pitch up to space bar
For choppers set space bar and left alt to pitch up/pitch down
A lot of practice is pretty much the only thing separating good players from the casuals, but these key bindings will make learning to execute advanced flying techniques much easier.
