all about precision Assignment, its still locked ? how do you unlock this assignment....

Pretty sure you have to unlock the ones before it.

u notice the first 3 are visible, then it has a downward arrow to the next 2. finish all 3 and the 4th will unlock, etc

The rex is no good... you're better off closing your eyes and wishing they die.
Spraying and prying with the rex is silly.
Sure it has stopping power, but the chances of you hitting something isn't good.

I do run around with the rex as primary on close quarters for fun, when the other team isn't using AEK's/M16A3's/Shot guns, but it's garbage as a secondary when you Really need it.

It's a 2 shot to the mid section and a 1 shot to the head within range. It fires 255 rounds per minute which is 95 RPM faster than the Magnum and 78 RPM slower than the M1911.

The Rex simply melts people at close range and even at medium range.

I already said it has stopping power..
It has garbage ADS accuraccy, and the sights on it are horrible.
