This site, which encourages users to spend ACTUAL money is profiting by using EA's IP battlefield series to generate revenue through the visitation of these forums. I'm fairly certain that's against the law (copyright laws ofc), and I'm also fairly certain that in fact, this subforum shouldn't exist. I'm not entirely sure of the particulars, but after reading EA's most recent update of their policy, it really seems like this site is in jeopardy of having to give a portion of their profits to EA, who has done this with every other source they have found that uses adds or anything else to generate revenue on a site that features anything to do with their content. I'll make sure to ask EA if this is, in fact, a breach of copyright, and will update the thread when I find out more specific information from them.

how does people buying fg for diablo 2 and other games have anything to do with a discussion forum for bf3? you're trying really hard champ. i was unaware that people bought fg to give to other users for tips and general troll responses regarding this game.

That would be an interesting discovery if in fact this sub was in violation of a policy made from EA. If you could find the part in the Agreement section that says something about having a discussion room/thread/forum on Battlefield or Battlefield 3 in general that would be great.

i was merely pointing out that this may be in violation, no need to get all upset about it, or even defensive, at it seems fairly clear that it is a breach given the wording used by EA, but I'll assume you didn't read it.
