Crush = Act 1 normal - Act 4 hell (*** Does Not Convert to Expansion ***)

Level = Character already in Hell Act4 Needing to get to Level 80

Full = Act 1 Normal - Act 4 Hell Crush + Leveling 1-80 on Expansion
