I like mine, it has 40ias though, looks just like yours. I bought it for 100fg

My line of thinking is a eth fools phase blade with no ias isn't that much less damage same speed, and can have a lo rune put in it all for around 200fg.
So this maybe can't reasonably be worth using.

[-30] base (PB) is same speed as [-10] with 20ias?
i thought this was calculated differently when it comes to breakpoints? or am i wrong?

pb has 49.5 average damage and war spike has 58.5 so damage wise, war spike is higher. when you include 280ed, it's 188.1 vs 222.3 (These are approximate ish) yours is 255 average damage..
so damage wise war spike is much better. Generally you can calculate DS with percentage added to your damage, so if the pb had 20% DS, it'd be 225.7. So I'd say this is still usable.
