similar items for barb would sell for 200-350. not sure how hard it is for these to roll these 4 stats. but only takes 2 ppl who want the item to raise price

pretty crazy drop considering how random uniques can be. These are bis stats for the mekuna speed build variant.

The only argument for the life over MS (CC) would be if you were already 100CC, which is possible, either way, dope boots.
