Sadly, not much; a GA on skill ranks is pretty much useless as both +2 and +3 on a fully masterworked item become +3 (or +4 when the mw crit lands on the affix).
In addition, I don't think any build needs defensive skill ranks on a piece of gear that you want 100% offensive stats on.

Thanks for the info, I did notice that you get scammed when it comes to master working the skill affixes. But WW Barb uses Defense skills on Chest Piece but to have All Skill and Defensive on the amulet. that is where I needed some more opinions.
