Like the title says, looking for +3 (or GA +4) to shock skills on charms for Tal Rasha's Threefold Way set, all but the Phoba charm. Preferably, other stat having crit chance or movement speed, but beggars can't be choosers.

Also looking for a couple Flawless Horadric Topaz.
