Cube instructions:
Remove affix (add Resourceful Tuning Prism) and transmute.
Remove affix again (add Protectors or Pragmatic Tuning Prism to remove life on hit) and transmute.
Add affix (Protectors if you want Max Life/Adepts Tuning Prism if you want Willpower)

Final step, at Occultist enchant out fire multi for higher multiplier.

This one's more up your alley for Apoc Warlock.

Just add to add weapon dmg and willpower (both will be easy in cube with Adept's Tuning Prism + Aggressive Tuning Prism.)

I got 1 with weapon and crit muti ga nothing else on it so you can crafted will power and life to max

I played Apoc warlock a tonne.
Best to just craft a GF and use it
