I'm new to Diablo 4, and I completed the campaign on a hardcore character, but unfortunately, it died.

I wanna power level the same character in a normal realm.

What is the most efficient way to do so? Do I need to have anything unlocked or start from a specific campaign?

Ideally, I would start from the Vessel of Hatred campaign because that's currently where I'm at in the story.
