if it's for sorc I can leave you instructions for cube if you'd like.
remove resource tuning.
I'd probably lock that GA Crit Dmg Multi in occultist with enchant, then cube so you can reroll offensive tuning for vulnerable damage.
then add your 4th affix back on(or reroll utility I believe is cooldown reduction for higher roll) before adding 4th affix.
