I don't think these passive's exist anymore on amulets.
Someone else chime in if they've seen these roll on amulets in current season.
I think closest I've seen was like +3 to iron sharpens skills or something like that but I can't recall.

edit: when I log in I'll go throw an amulet in occultist and see if it's even rollable

I believe you can roll +3 all skills instead now then GA it

Here's all the possible rolls on barb,
Mines already has 2x multi's on it so best rolls would be +All Skills or +Ancient/Core/Dust Devil/etc based on class.


if this was for ancients barb for example, you could keep the +2 skills and enchant out str for +all skills.

Anyway, hopes this helps everyone that's interested in something like this, knowledge helps us all
