T12 is only needed for the achievement.
Farming on T10 is more efficient/drops are the same as T12.
Only thing that changes from T10-T12 iirc is 200%exp bonus.
Idk about everyone else but if you’re looking for mythic seals from Mephisto I’ve had terrible luck there(even after killing him hundred+ times for everyone for free)
Both of mine came from a pit run and a random lair boss.
