Lots of things have changed this Season in regard to power leveling your character from services.
You must unlock Torment Tiers sequentially now, you cannot skip straight to wt4 anymore.
You must have done capstone 1 and 2 to unlock the pit for your character to get progression for pit completions in regards to world tier upgrades.
Pits are really quite awful experience for your character this Season, on top of newly introduced mechanics in which Belial will constantly spawn aoe and adds on leechers.
Leeching Azmodan and Duriel (helltide) on the highest world tier you can leech it on is the fastest leveling method by far.
