You meet in channel and are given a tag to mark your char name.
You pvm until level 9, then go to town and wait for everyone.
Once everyone is level 9, you hostile everyone and free-for-all until one man remains

Rules once pvp starts:
No healing (that includes potions, items with replenish life, chipped skulls, prayer and so on)
No drinking any kind of potion (you can still use throwing potions)
No leaving the moor
Banned skills: psychic hammer/ice blast/prayer/holy fire

1st place gets 40 fg
2nd gets 5 fg
everyone else can lick my feet

There is no entry fee. We'll start tomorrow night around 8pm EST
