FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

GENERAL

Q: Do you offer any kind of "on account" services?
A: NO! I do not offer any kind service that requires sharing accounts.

Q: I'm typing !login in the channel, but nothing seems to happen, am I doing something wrong?
A: This could potentially be due to your in-game message settings. Execute the following channel commands and try to type !login again afterwards:

PURCHASES

Q: I wrote the unique code incorrectly for a transaction, and now I have no forum gold or credits, how can I get a refund?
A: If you send me a private message explaining the situation, I will be more than happy to assist you with refunding forum gold within 24 hours, typically much sooner.

Q: I sent my payment with the correct unique code, but I still have not received my credits yet, did I do something wrong?
A: Payments should be processed immediately. If you do not receive your credits, or a confirmation after a payment please private message me right away.

Q: I'm typing !bin in the channel, I never receive a private message containing my unique code, how do I fix this?
A: The only way to solve this issue is to disable your spam filter. I do not offer support on removing spam filters, you enabled it, you disable it.

RUSHING

Q: How many players may I bring into the rush game?
A: You are only allowed to join the rush game with ONE character, unless you are doing a grush that requires a bumper.

Q: Does the bumper have to be present in the game before the rush begins?
A: If you are doing an expansion rush, the bumper MUST be present in the game before the rush begins!

Q: I started a rush, and now I have to leave during the rush, will I get charged and will I be able to resume where I left off?
A: You will not be charged for a rush until it has been complete, and you are always able to start in the same act.

Q: I'm back in the channel after completing a difficulty, or some other reason, how do I get into the rush game again?
A: You simply issue the command !grush or !crush, and the new game name will be generated for you.
