THE ONLY REASON they would say you can only put 1 pt in, and 15 rep is the limit, is because a din running around with medi or prayer up and 15 rep is equal to a 25 rep char w/o pray
they allow you to skill it to go for shit like vigor you just like to cut corners and think its ok to run off screen and prayer up
prayer gives passive life rep thats why you cant have more then 15 life rep and you cant use prayer cause its the same as using a fucking Health potion which is bm
just like running off screen with insight is bm cause its like useing Mana Potions over n over both which are BM
you can build lld but you need to learn to accept some times you win some times you lose but its fun as long as everyone plays by the rules which you dont

that passive lifrep is only active if medi prayer or cleansing is up....
the thing is pray and medi t the same time is double the liferep but it eats mana fast as fuck so theres no pt to do it and i dont do it myself.
