It can be good if buyer know what they doing. You reroll weapon damage first. Then your gambling on 4 stat no reroll try and sway with a core skill transmute. But it doesn't mean your getting what you want.

Its an off hand Stat stick
Literally whoever buys cube rolls STR till a high one
Then Rolls Wep dmg off for Lucky hit Resource
And uses on Barb.

Not good for like, other chars but this is fine for Barb 2ga

Ya and they come by the dozens its no main hand. Why over charge. Any class that fields a sword can find these just turn off, gold > rares and legendary at bosses
