I have a mythic eaglehorn with originally: weapon dmg, critical dmg, cold dmg multipler and ranks to penetrating shots

i'm trying to reroll the cold dmg affix into damage over time but after so many attempts, it's still not giving it to me. Is it just bad luck or can it not be done?

Dont know but u can check the possible rolls while enchanting there is a button on the right

I don't think you can have both of the Crit + dot on the same weapon.

As you can see the SS below, there is no crit for the selection.
