Long story short, I have a in real life friend who was in a car accident and only has minimal movement/use of one arm/hand. I am looking for chars that can run 120+ pits but chars that you don't have to have a crazy upkeep or push 17 buttons every 15 seconds. Any char ideas or builds would be greatly appreciative.

prolly ww barb. doesnt rly need spam buttons unless youre going for rly high tier pit
