Yea i saw, that the tooltip is not fixed, I got it. But whenever I wear a "+3 Core skill" Stuff, my Ball lightning ranking doesnt appear higher
As per testing by others smarter than me.
It is working properly just wont see the tag til client side patch. That also includes not being able to see your + ranks go up but it is still increasing the damage
