Been just running undercity on highest you can. Have gotten two today

Found 1 yesterday on penitent with my lvl 67 barb. Could not it use it right away since it can only open in T1+.
But also after leveling compleet and switching to t1 i couldnt open it.
The lady in front says "hmm sad sound" as confirmation that i had one but still couldn't open it.
To bad i had one on my necro minion and got it to t11 and the rewards are impressive.

I've gotten 4 total, one from a helltide mob randomly, one from a cache, I think mystery? and two from undercity chests. paragon 247

Run mythic undercity tributes with people and one will eventually drop for you.
