They will ALWAYS roll STR mod on it.
IDC what guide you're looking at that says 4/4 offensive affixes but that's not how the game works.

I attached an image of someone on robs stream that doesn't have STR mod on his gloves, that's because he transfigured it and it rerolled STR into resource cost reduction.

You CANNOT buy/trade these gloves like this naturally
