So im only in torment one and it feels like no legendaries are dropping. do i need to get to a higher torment for them to drop ?

Where can i farm legendaries in torment one?

I just need better gear to progress difficulties and it seems i cant find any

I started finding a lot doing helltides and whispers etc

Just need to keep playing and you’ll find some

What torment was this in though? im only able to do torment 1 cause my gear sucks :P
