What's the best way to get the most FG at season start for D4? Probably farming for gold? Coming over from mainly D2R

Services are also good.. and if you’re playing the strongest class you can carry 3x leeches. Leveling with Pits might be a thing again.. helping people level glyphs. Rushes. All sorts of stuff

D2 is great.. but we need something to do between ladders I’m hoping to get my chronicle done before end of this one. Free me up to focus on other things

Oh I would've have expected the items to be that worthwhile at season start haha... So gold focus is probably not the best play?

In hc, it's definitely power leveling. Play like a madman first day, and offer pwr lvling.

Legendary runes are very useful/rare/sought after. Once you get strong, run a bunch of lower kurast and to find a bunch of good runes.

If you find some godly gear, that is always good for profit too.

Never played HC, seems tough to get to a point to be able to power level people without dying haha

Selling gold is THE gold idea. I try to make gold asap and sell it before everyone else starts selling it. Selling important gear is a fast way. Like, you can sell it on jsp or on the trade chat on D4.

Lower kurast is the best way to farm runes, and if you are willing, after you finish the run, there's a chest that contains runes (you need a special tribute to do the rune runes). You can get it through random drops too, or from lair bosses.

Legendary runes are really highly sought after, and if you can farm boss mats to get good gear, you can sell it for a lot of igg. Most things are cheap right now in the forums b/c the season is almost over, but when it starts, I see guys making so much fg through D4.

literally sell the trash you find on the ground. someone will buy it lol. pretty sure a chipped gem is worth like 100fg on hour 1 lol. you'll run out of time selling you'll forget to even level more.
