my friend has 6 without salvaging any mythic but he can't remember how he got the 6th:

1 from rep lv 24
1 from echo lilith t1
1 from echo lilith t4
1 from ch 6 bloodied lair boss
1 from ch 7 greater bloodied lair boss

where is the 6th?

Oh, I think I know how. He might have started a new character and finished the reputation there. Other than that, there is no other way than 5 sparks you get without salvaging.
