managed to get a 25/25 item level on it. it got 2 passives now. unfortunately only one passive seems to work.

in other words my passives are increased by 1 and not 2...

Ive got the same, its a visual glitch, since it bumped quality by .50 overall, it rounds up. Im hoping they patch it, so that it actually adds Plus 2

+2 to passives doesn't work, as always in d4, lol. You can only see it viusally.

Instead of fixing it they get rid of passives.
