Currently playing paladin hammerdin(Hammerkuna)

I already have the cooldown I need without the amulet if that makes a difference.
I cant figure out which is better based off the +3 all skills. Is the +4 to heavyweight better due to double % crit strike damage?

Whichever is better can you explain why?

The second one is better, if you are looking for pure damage.

+ passive skills > + spell skills (especially heavyweight!)

I like 2nd one better
