What do ppl need so much gold for?

I get it for trading, but other than that. Seems like there aren’t enough places to spend the gold in game

Rerolling affixes on items gets up to 3m/roll. I don't know about 60 billion, but I went through 2b just to get 2 glass cannon on an amulet.

Ok I see, seems like still you have billions to play with it’s way more than enough

I went through 7 billion in about 20 minutes as the above mentioned rolling affixes on rings, and I’m not even close to being done.

Now multiply that by any “improvements” found or anytime something is bricked by sanc.

Now sure some get the basic affixes they need and stop but take pally ammys it cost 2 billion to roll my 3rd passive on a 2 ga ammy that’s basically a temp.

Yeah sometimes you roll from pool of 20ish affixes and one you want has a range of say 6 to 8 it could take a ton of gold till you got the perfect 8 on the one you want.

repair also takes a bit of gold
