What is a trickster run? im not sure what it means just got back to diablo

Its modifier on a nightmare dungeon key which will spawn a trickster loot goblin. He drops like 5 mythic and 1 shard.

Ahhh okay so it is a Nightmare sigil affix that is rare to get or?

Very RNG "rare". I crafted over 1000 sigils and only got 1. I've seen others where they got 4 from it.
Someone was selling them early for 3k a spot, he got 3 in a single day(mixture of world bosses and NMD)
