Just rng. Sometimes I get 3-full inventories. Occasionally I’ll only get like 4-sigils and a couple of tributes (all on rank 5 azmodan essence).

This is some awful RNG I'm getting then lol. I've yet to get a full inv in the past 8-9 kills I've done.
