I hate how I cannot tell or they do not give me ranges for the tempering... However, these are them!

Perf Attacks reduce evade
GA Str
GA Max Life
GA Armr
GA Faith/Sec

101.2% Arbiter Duration can I get this higher with Tempering or should I leave it alone? Tooltip shows me nothing!

Your arbiter is max, I believe. I wouldn't touch them other than that. However, personally I would want something other than Faith/Sec. I would look more for resist all or movement speed. I don't have Faith issues. I have one-shot issues.

I had a pair like this once. My Sanctify decided to remove my GA Str and give me non GA Str in its place.
