Why not all stats checks as perfect? Because they are all perf stats

+3 max evade = perf
+ 25% movement speed = perf
+ 3 to Advance = perf

Or do i miss something?

The greater affixes * are a 50% increase along with being a perfect stat.
So even though those other two stats are perfect they would need the * greater affix to get the 50% boost.
