U need Lv 60 first and then Pit 60
u need to unlock seasonal rank by doing capstone + pit 60

NOTE:
YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETED SEASON RANK 2 TO ACCESS THE ARTIFICER'S OBELISK
If they haven't completed both rank 1 and 2 season ranks they will not have access to the obelisk. Click "view map" on the appropriate season rank to view the location of the "capstone dungeon" (this is not a capstone dungeon like we had to access torment tiers in the past. It's simply the ONLY requirement you must accomplish to get yourself promoted to rank 6 (each "capstone dungeon" grants you 1 Season Rank Completion for Ranks 1-5). These have absolutely nothing to do with torment difficult unlocks, albeit the first 2 ranks are required to gain access to the obelisk (Pit/Obelisk is where the torment tiers are unlocked NOT the Season Rankings).
tier 55 pit will unlock torment 4. Not 60. That's for the seasonal cosmetics reward and advancement to the next "rank" of your seasonal journey. This has nothing to do with the artificers obelisk.
ALTERNATIVELYHave a friend knock out your rank1/rank 2 capstone dungeons. Then have him run you through a pit 55. (you can do this at level 1). BOOM you're now in T4 as a lvl 1
