Found a tempest roar with 1 ga. 800 item power. But is it missing lightning res? I didnt think anything of it until I found another that has the lightning res. Anyone have any insight on this?

its a bug if you do belial and select andy or harbinger as boss loot- if you select duriel its not bugged (uniques with only 3 affixes)
will be patched on tuesday anyway
