Does anyone know what the reasonable amount of ias is for you to reach the best attack speed for hydras?

If you run bl then breakpoint for bl. Never heard of breakpoint for hydra

It's d4 so everything is possible. What I heard is only part of your ias bonus is applied to hydra, somewhere 30% so it is hard to hit diminishing returns. They do exist though.

Completely daft here. Are you saying that the hydras benefit from IAS?

If so, that would be dope. I thought the IAS was important for us to be able to cast our ball lightning.

I believe you can have up to 100% from each of the two buckets. One being gear and one being skills/aspects
