as someone who spent a decade of my life+ with 200 fcr teleporting to meph, diablo, and baal, the LS sorc really draws me in. HOWEVER, the rubber banding of the LS sorc on this season (first time back in a while) is making it really disappointing. my evade teleport is on a 1.6 second cooldown, with 69.1% cooldown, and I hit the max attack speed bp as seen in OperatorOtters video (requires 3 mw in a GA AS starless)

is there anything I can do to either reduce my latency if thats the issue, or smoothen out the gameplay to make my teleporting more smooth and efficient?

I don't have any latency issues. Going beyond 1.7 seconds evade cooldown doesn't offer anything. What gloves are you using? Attack speed is really an issue while teleporting, specially on a two hander. You can get additional attack speed ftom the paragon board and 100% unstable currents uptime (orange herald) + elixir of advantage. Nagu + Vex is also a huge quality of life by giving petmanent +3 to all skills ( increases damage, lowers all cooldowns).

it was unintentional to go past 1.7. I just happened to roll twice onto my boots and havent bothered to reset yet. im using sidhes. I can hit either the 155% or 165% attack speed bp after an advantage pot. should allow for 6 shock casts a second, 3 teleports a second. my paragon board is the shockuna board, and I have 100% uptime in pits at least for unstable. everything else dies too quick to reset cooldowns with the teleport spam. its less an issue with cooldown (3 mw GA tal rashas, 3 mw GA shako on cooldown, evade cooldown on amulet, evade cooldown on boots) and more an issue that sometimes either I just cast evade in place without moving, or im just snapping back and forth

Pretty sure this has to do with latency and the game environment itself when you find yourself casting too fast. I sometimes get stuck myself trying to get over a small rock for example. Nothing to do with gears or stats.

thats what I kind of figured. games just run on spaghetti code that cant handle the build. I turned down some graphical requirements and that seemed to help a little bit, but I still have to restart my game every so often to keep it smooth, which is why I was hoping to get a more concrete way to figure it out on here

Here’s a way. Pray that blizzard dev start to play their own game and they will actually what’s wrong/right at the current state of the game. So many things they can improve on if they spend time playing their own product.

blizzards a small indie company, im not sure they have the manpower to spare
