No. Crit damage is double dipped on splintering.

Crit dmg is double dipped and supported by glyphs and paragon board, for example destruction.

Hey i have a question about the lite sorc build if anyone can help me out...I just finished my lite sorc build and I do exactly what the guide tells me and I have 100% crit strike chance but when I go to snap shot I'm not getting the op and crit combo for some reason...I gather up 8 stacks and use my fire shield till it explodes then I hit light spear but indont get the snap shot
