i wanna make a good barb whats the meta barb build atm?

Earthquake seems to be its best build this season for barb, maxroll has a hota eq build and a ww eq build in s tier

Quake good for leveling?

Naw think ww is best lvler

Guess not tho it's only a tier, hota is s tier for barb lvling

Hota barb is immobile. That makes him strictly worse for early paragon leveling no matter what shit tier list somewhere says. I'd switch to hota for pits or T4 directly later on. Leap quake is the cheapest and one of the most effective options to level up followed by WW quake with ghor gloves.
